SSR to Wilderness Lodge in July

I have book 10 days at the SSR at my 11 month window(Staying in July). Thinking of splitting that stay up and maybe moving after 5 days to WL or Boardwalk.

Will I be able to book 5 days at my 7 month window in November or will those be booked. What are the pro's and con's. Will they move my luggage from one resort to another.

It all depends on what type of room you want and resort availability. I would guess that 7-months for a July vacation should be OK. (although the time around the 4th might be a little tougher).

Keep in mind that VWL will be more points than your current SSR reservation's points, and if you can't get BWV standard, then the BWV preferred will be more points.

The pros are you get to experience two different resorts. We do this often.
The cons are you have to move, meaning that on move day you'll be without a resort for several hours.

They will move your luggage for you. Tips are appropriate.

Thanks for the response. We are going in the middle of July. I have points I could use if it is higher. Kinda like the idea of seeing two resorts...however, the move is a pain since their is 6 of us. We will see.
