SSR to PI

exactly where is the bridge/pathway to PI? is it a new bridge or do you have to walk all the way to marketplace by walking along the road.


can anyone post a link as to where i can get a map showing where the bridge is

There is no direct route from SSR to PI. You will have to walk from SSR thru DD Marketpace and thru DD West Side to get into PI- it sits between the two areas. The walk, from either end will take about 20 minutes - or you can easily ride the bus to DD from SSR. PI is the second stop.

There are three "bridges" into PI, but none cross the lake, they are simply the entrance areas to PI across a small canal.

While that is correct, you could also take a boat from SSR to West Side (or Mkt Plc) and walk from there. I'd recommend the boat to West Side if you're headed to PI.

But do either of the boats run at night? Most who want to get to PI want to visit the clubs and they don't open until 7 or 7:30, right?

Also, are there lights on the walking path so that it can be used at night? It would be nice to have an alternative to the bus.

I do not know about the boats as it was quicker for us to walk. The path is well lighted and we felt safe.

The boats do run at night. I believe they have a schedule at the dock indicating how late the boats will run each night.
