is there a ironing board and iron in these units
4 days befor arriving home for the first time

there should be i beleive all the dvc resort have them, maybe DOC can answer since he is still there at the ssr.....

We just got back today - stayed in a studio and yes, we had an iron and a board.

Hope you enjoy your trip - wish we never had to leave. The resort was beautiful.

The other thing to remember is that the resort had so few guests, they would bend over backwards for you. One piece of our luggage got damaged, so I asked them if I could borrow a screwdriver and one of the bag claim guys came up with a whole tool kit.

They will wait on you hand and foot - so enjoy.

**** I had to ask my wife about the iron and board. I do remember seeing the iron in the closet, but wasnt sure if the board was there. She told me it was! Also had paper plates and plastic utensils - can opener, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, coffee machine. They did have some glasses for us too! ******

Do you remember whether the coffee pot is a 4 cup or an 8 cup.

I used the coffee pot, which BTW turns itself off (thankgoodness), I think it was an 8 cup. But I dont usually use one, so I cant be sure. It looked to be the usual pot sized, rather than a smaller one.

Big Filters and cut down if necessary! Good thing is shuts off, with all the excitement of being there!

Boy this summe is gonna be a long one!

It was only myself and my wife. But it was a decent size, and with the couch as a pullout bed, it could sleep 4, as long as you dont mind being in the same room.

I found the studio to be pretty much the same as the hotel rooms at the Wilderness Lodge, but that they had the small kitchen as an extra.

Next time we are going for the 1 bedroom. We wanted to extend out points as we are sending my parents down in November for their anniversary.
