SSR Standard Studio Missing

Anybody else notice that the SSR Standard Studio room category is completely missing this morning when doing a room availability search? If I go in and modify a reservation we already have in an SSR Studio it shows it on the confirmation / info page, but when searching for a new reservation or modifying the existing one the room is nowhere to be found....
 
Yep. I am trying to book one, and keep getting the 7 dwarves anyway...
 
It doesnt show anything until Jan 2023. The rest of the calender is blank
 

I'm currently speaking with MS about a booking, and i've mentioned this issue. Been on hold now for 10 minutes while they 'resolve' it....

Edit: They have just told me simply the standard studios are not available in the period I am enquiring about. I did question this further, but got told thats all the information they have!

So they aren't available between now and January 1? Umm, ok. I guess every SSR owner booked a standard studio for the rest of the year. That also wouldn't prevent them from showing up in the search results.

Even if fully booked, you should get the option to wait list which you can't. Something is screwed up on the back end.

Yep, just noticed if you do a search for the January dates and then click back on the calendar all dates are gray and have no points on them. If it was simply a fully booked situation (which we all know it isn't) they would be gray but they would have the points for the day on the dates.

Finally got a response. IT is now aware of the issue. Until it is fixed they have put a hold on booking any studios at SSR.....
So they put a hold on booking studios that couldn't book to begin with? That's some proactive thinking...

(I get that the issue was specific to Standard View)

He said it was both preferred and standard that had the hold, but I'm not sure that was true since the preferred was still being shown in the search results.
