Hey ticketwm35...I'm right here in Huber Heights
I spoke to a Disney Guide yesterday about the timeshare. Here is what was told to me....
$89/point and either take a $5/pt discount or if your cash in your first years points, you get $10/pt off.
So if you were to cash in your $10/pt, it would be $79/pt.
Minimum purchase is 150 points and it is good for 50 years.
You can finance with Disney for 1, 5, 7 & 10 years at 9.75% if you let them take monthly automatic deduction from your account or 10.75% if you don't.
So she gave me a quote of $137.50 for 10 years at 9.75%
You can pay however you want (credit card, check, other bank) if you want.
Some credit cards have a 0% interest on transferred balances....so you could finance or buy with one credit card and payoff with the 0% one for the life of it. Not all crdeit cards are like that but just evaluate all your options.
On top of the $137.50/month, you are responsible for the yearly dues....which is I believe she said $3.80/point right now (this figure will most likely go up a little each year. So you would also have to pay $570 per year or roughly $47/month for the maintenance fees.
I think I relayed all the info she gave me...let me know if you have any other questions.
So if you bought into SSR, it would cost you
