SSR Spa recs?

For those who just got back from SSR, or anyone that's been to a spa at wdw, what do you all recommend? I've never had a spa treatment before, except the usual pedi and manicures, so it'll be nice to try something new. I'll probably go towards the end of the trip just to ease away the "stress" of vacation, ie running around the heat from ride to ride....maybe a facial and a massage, but which one? Oh, the choices.

This Friday we are having a "girl day" at ssr spa and we decided to do the stone massage.

We just returned.

My BIL and I both had the Mystical Forest Massage treatment on July 2, his treat! This was about half way through our trip.

Loved it! The staff at the spa is very nice and accomodating.
They really made us feel like our comfort, our experiences were important.

The next day I took my DS11 for a My First Facial treatment. He raved about it. He still is talking about it, he loved it so much.
I had a choice to accompany him or rest in the guest lounge.......guess which one I chose?
I enjoyed a nice cup of lemon herbal tea while looking through a magazine, something I never get to do here at home.

Whichever you choose, I am sure you will enjoy the experience.
