SSR Spa Hydro Massage Therapies?

Has anyone had any of the Hydro Massage Therapies? If so, how was it? I'm looking to book something at the spa, but I don't know what to pick. Last time I was there, I had a firm pressure massage and enjoyed it... just looking to possibly do something different this time.

I had a massage shower one time at a different resort. I wore my bathing suit of course as well as the therapist. She walked around the table and used different temps of water at different pressures. It was relaxing albeit messy. She was careful not to get water in my face--it was very controlled. I liked it but think I prefer the regular sweddish massage and facial.

I did the hydro massage back in 07, and really enjoyed it. It was more like relaxing in a hot tub is the best way I can describe it. The therapist stays outside of the tub, and uses the water jets to massage different areas. I would definitely recommend it.
