Which building would you pick at saratoga if you had a choice. We want to be close to the first bus stop picking up, close to the food court and close tp the downtown disney walkway.

TIA

We like the Grandstand area, because it's the first bus stop going to the parks and the first stop when you get back. It's also a quick walk to the carriage house, and we like the Grandstand pool better than the Springs pool.

If being close to the DTD walkway is important to you, you would want to request the Congress Park area. There is also a nice quiet pool in the area, but it's farther away from the carriage house.

Grandstand is the first bus stop but farthest from Downtown Disney. The Springs is the closest to the food court but the last bus stop. Congress Park is closest to Downtown Disney, the fourth bus stop and a bit of a walk to the food court. Unfortunately there really isn't one area that meets all your needs.

That said, we have stayed in the Carousel, Paddock and Congress Park areas and like them all. Our favorite is Congress Park. It is closest to Downtown Disney, you can hop on any bus and it's just one stop to the food court area (although we always walk) and we have never had any full-bus issues so don't mind being the 4th bus stop.

This depends on which building you're staying in. We've stayed in two different buildings in the Springs area that were further away from the food court than the buildings we've stayed in when we were in Grandstand.

No building will fit all your wants.

Honestly I do not pick locations by bus stops. We have stayed in every section of SSR and see no advantage at all.

I like Congress Park, beautiful views. close to Downtown Disney and not far to the main building.

Paddocks is also really nice as it has the new pool, new counter service and close to Downtown Disney.

Very true. We have stayed in the furthest building at Grandstand near the THV and did not like it at all. We felt more removed over there than at Carousel.
