SSR reservation question.

Any help would be appreciated. I usually call because we are booking long term3 weeks and often 11 month window. So I did online reservation for 1 week but see no where to add preference/request for area at SSR like Congress Park. How is that done or added to your reservation , do I have to call? anyway.

The on-line reservation system does not take location requests.

You can call or e-mail the request to MS. The contact us option from the member website will allow you to send the e-mail to them.

when we did online check-in in december, there was an option for room requests. we chose congress park and received it.

Oh boy , you guys are great... I had never done this before, either make on short notice or online so confused and learning... Perfect answers. I did try to go thru the check in online(never done that either, not too trusting about anything online with Disney) and it said 10 days so guess I just have to wait to do that...we are going Memorial Day weekend. I did do the email on the DVC site with the request too. Yes we like Congress Park so we can walk to DTD. Was happy we could get anything...we have 3 days at AKL , never stayed there and then over to SSR to finish up. All that was open but that works for us.

You can now do on-line check-in beginning at 60 days from arrival. If you use the link on the member website it will take you to a non-DVC WDW room reservation booking page.

Two options for on-line check-in are:
make sure you are not logged on to the member website and use this link: MyDisneyReservation.com
or link your reservation to MyDisneyExperience.com
