SSR Rates for DVC??

Does anyone have the SSR rates?

I have a rate sheet from '03 for BCV.

I'd like to know how much it is to buy in the point range anywhere from 240 to 270 at SSR.

SSR is currently priced at $95 per point. For any purchase over 100 points (new purchases must be at least 150 points) DVC is offering a $5 per point incentive (bringing the cost to $90 per point) or a $10 per point incentive (but you'd lose the use of the first year's points).

It's possible to pay as little as $85 per point, if you don't want to use your first year of points- otherwise, a new purchase of 240 points may be made for $21,600. Maintenance fees at SSR are $3.80 per point and are prorated- so if you purchased on July 1, you'd only pay for 6 months of fees for the 2004 calendar year.
