SSR Preferred Studio

I didn't realize that there has been a change in the SSR booking categories until I went to book today.
Where are the preferred studios located at SSR and is it worth th extra few points?

The preferred sections are in the Springs section (close to lobby) and the Congress Park section (close to Disney Springs). I believe these were highly requested areas prior to the change in booking categories, although I'm sure there are many SSR regulars who enjoy the other sections.
