SSR Pool too Small?

Back to the pool size, is the water area or the seating around the water that people think is to small? :cool1:

The seating area is small too. Coming from the hospitality center, you have to take 7-12 steps down to the main pool. There is no way for them to expand the seating area.
As to the one at the Paddocks, I would not even call that a pool.

Yes that is good for members who can book 11? months early. But for short 3 months notice it will be everybody's ballgame right? And this will work to my disadvantage because I have other members to compete with now right?... Let us say saratoga owners would like to book at OKW or VWL at the same month I plan to go, it will limit my chances right? Then I may probably get stuck again at saratoga springs right? PLEASE say "NO" ( of course i want a close to accurate answer)

If you plan many 3 months notice trips with DVC more often than not you are going to be disappointed in the selection. I seriously doubt that most SSR members are unhappy with their purchase and are constantly going to stay elsewhere. I am sure many are very pleased.

And since you don't own at SSR but are concerned about the owners there booking elsewhere and taking what you want, why would you continously bash SSR.

That is like shooting yourself in the foot. :confused3

Either sing the praises of it so the owners will stay there and others will too or simply do not say anything at all.

Your bashing makes no sense if you truly do not own there.

If I own there. I would sell it.I would constantly praise it as the best and the most wonderful resort and better that WDW itself. That way I can perhaps sell it easier..maybe?

I hope DVC will not build another "WALMART" and soon to be "SUPER WALMART" size resort. The quality is just not there for a DVC member like me. I hope that will be the last of its kind.

What is confusing to all of us, is why does it matter? One large, two small, numbers are numbers. If you don't like the resort and you don't own there, it truly does not affect you.

Surely when you go to the supermarket or a major retail store there is something in the store you do not wish to buy. Therefore you simply don't buy it. That doesn't mean the store should not carry the items simply because you don't care for it, when others do.

You do not own SSR, you never have to stay there, so I just can not see any reason to be so against it. :confused3

As ChuckS stated, I too do not care for the BW Villas, but I would never try to push my opinion on anyone else. I don't have to stay there and having it in the DVC family does not affect me at all. I am sure many are very pleased with it being their home.
