SSR pending DVC transaction

I am so excited about my pending SSR contract!!! We have been considering this purchase for 3 years and now with the change to the DVC rules we took the plunge! I am very nervous and concerned that everything will go through OK. My Deposit check has been received and now I wait for ROFR. Please keep your fingers crossed! We offered full price for our purchase so we were assured we would get the SSR package. I can't wait to use it this summer!

I know exactly that thought process. We are also currently in ROFR for 150 SSR points. When trying to figure out what to offer my view was it would only be $150 less for each dollar I took off my offer. We also offered full price instead of trying to save a few bucks and lose the deal. Use year was important to us so we offered to be sure we got it. We are happy with our purchase.
