I had major back surgery in Feb. DH and I have a Disney trip planned for this November. I should be pretty much fully recovered by then, but am wondering which resort is best to just 'hang around' at (not do tons of walking, but still have things to do) if I do need to take it easy for a day instead of doing our usual park hopping. We're deciding between SSR and BCV.

Thanks!

I think BCV might be a better choice in your circumstances. More restaurants, shops and pools to visit.

Of course at SSR, all the options of DTD are not far away.

I wil however admit to being partial. ;)

I would go with SSR if it's just the two of you. DTD is just 10 min walk away and there are plenty of things to do without having to go to the parks. Also, there is a spa on-site for any extra TLC you may need!

If you are bringing kids who would use SAB, then BVC would be a great choice.

Either way, you can't go wrong!
