SSR jumping to $95 a point, says who?

Haven't heard that one yet, but I'm all ears... Could goofy50 be at it again???????

We've been fooling around with our SSR contract for about 3 weeks now and are ready to dive in. At first we were going to purchase 250 pts., but now decided that 200 will do.

Today we got our new contract and I must be missing something. I've looked at the entire thing in and out and cannot find anywhere where it says how many points we've purchased. It says everything from our deposit to the amount financed etc..., but no points???

Can anyone of you explain this, or am I just missing it all together???

Have any SSR buyers seen this?

Not quite..............

I spoke to my guide today, he has been with DVC since its inception, and he informed me of the increases.

In your folder of paperwork....find the ones that are yellow in folder labeled "for your records"

The DEED paper has how many points at the beginning of the last paragraph....It should be in BOLD numbers. the other bold things on page are Use year and what undivided interest in what unit at SSR....

do you see it?

I found what I was looking for (the point thing). It's buried in the fine print on page 2 of the purchase agreement.
