On the official Disney DVC tour is there a model of one of the accomodations to look round?

How long does the talk last?

When do I need to book up for the talk?

Does anyone have any floor plans for the studios at SSR please?

There are samples of the BC and SSR, at the BW, that you can walk through.

You can make a reservation for the DVC tour from your room at any WDW resort- there is information on CH21 on the room TV- or at any of the DVC kiosks located in every WDW resort and in all Theme Parks and DD. They will provide roundtrip transport from your resort to the tour at the BW Sales Center. Child care is also provided for the tour that will take about 90 minutes. If you have less time to spend- just let your guide know. If you have more time, you will not be rushed at all.

I'm not sure if the floorplan is available online, but you can view the <a href="http://dvc.disney.go.com/disneyvacationclub/resorts/accommodationsindex?id=BeachClubVillasAccommodationsGrp">Studio floorplan</a> by clicking on "floorplan". The floorplan is very similar to that of the BCV studios.
