SSR in the "Saratogian" Newspaper

Thanks for the post! Sounds like we could get a peppermint pig while we're down there for xmas/ny's.....I love those!

Just got back from there - they were selling them at Artist's Palette. On Founder's Day, they even had a SS,NY guy explaining the tradition.
 

Not only did they have the Peppermint Pig, but they also had Saratoga Salsa (which is sold at the local shop "Saratoga Hot Stuff"), they also had Saratoga Water.

I really felt they made a true effort to bring a lot of the stuff from Saratoga into the Resort. I forgot a couple of those things from my trip report.

They also had the opening on our local news (Channel 6 WRGB) featured on both the 11 oclock and morning shows. It must give the city a little pride to know Disney wanted to create a resort modeled after the community. Its nice to see it get the attention.

Now - how do I get back to Saratoga South - I miss it!!!!
