SSR for non-DVC members

I haven't heard that anyone else has stayed at SSR that wasn't a DVC member. I'm not prejudiced against DVC members, honestly. I just think the experience would be somewhat different for non-members. I scored a 2BR Villa for next Christmas, so I'm curious.

Although I am now a DVC member, I stayed at the Boardwalk numerous times prior to becoming a member. The basic difference between the stay for a non-member vs a member would be that as a cash guest you will recieve daily housekeeping. In no way are you treated poorly. The rooms at the SSR are just gorgeous with very comfy furniture and decor. Hope you love your stay!!

No one will know if you are a member or not (or even care). Members often stay as cash guests and there are often non-members staying who rent directly from a DVC member.

Other than the daily housekeeping that minster22 already mentioned, there shouldn't be any difference in treatment or experience. (Well, except that you are going to love the 2 bedroom and wish you could stay in one everytime you are at WDW. Prepare to be spoiled, LOL)!
