SSR & Dues for phase ll

Hi, I am waiting for my guide to call back, but I thought I may be able to get the answer here sooner.

We are going to do the add on of 130 pts. for SSR phase ll. I believe I only need to come up w/ down payment and then payments don't start till May.

My use year will be Feb. Will I have to pay dues this Feb. (2005),
or starting Feb.(2006), or a smaller amt. for the 2005 year?

If anyone has an answer, thank you!

The way it was explained to me was that I would start paying dues once the phase II opened. So I think if you pay it all at once, it would be a pro-rated amount. If you pay monthly, you would just pay through the rest of the year.

My guide just called and we just signed up for the 130 pts. and I am thrilled.

He said that w/ our use year being Feb. we had the choice of selling back 2004 pts. and paying a prorated dues year of about $150, and getting aour 130 pts. this feb. and paying dues for 2005 (approx. $500)....or not getting any pts. till 2006 and begin dues then.

We, of course, opted to take the 130pts. this Feb. I am psyched.

You won't start paying dues until your phase and building open either, same as the financing. But then again, you won't have any points to use until February 2006! This is why when our Guide gave us an option, she reminded us of this fact, and we went with Phase I, with all the 2004 and 2005 points intact (we also have February UY).

Check this info out with your Guide too, but if my info is correct (you might get '05 points w/Ph II, I'm not sure), I'd recommend taking a Phase I contract with intact points if there are any left.

why would you have to pay fees for pts you cant use before feb 05

I just bought in that phase and no payments or dues are due until the compleation of the project, May 1 I was told.
