SSR- check out day swim.. Place to shower & change after?

we have a VERY late flight out and would like to go for swim the day we check out..

Are there showers/ changing area in the gym or spa we will have access to?

Yes, you can use the gym shower/change area on your checkout day.

We actually used the spa on one visit. I do not know if we were allowed to do this but we just walked in and the staff did not say anything.

If you are swimming by the main pool, there is a shower and bathroom area on the ground floor underneath the spa. You don't need to enter the actual spa to use them. Even better, there are free lockers in this bathroom. They aren't always available, but I've found them handy for storing my wallet and such that I need to have with me on our last day.
