SSR capacity question

Hi I know the 2 bedroom villas now can sleep 9. Any speculation on when the capacity will change from 8 to 9 on the website. We have one booked for January. We are a family of 8 but would love to add one more if possible.

They need to take out the last sentence about no bedding, linens or towels for the 9th person. The list of beds in the description accommodates 9 now.

The website still needs to be updated, or at least updated further. The 2BR now has the extra almost-twin-size bed that pulls out of a cabinet in the living room, bedding is provided for it, and thus there is bedding for 9. In the past, when like changes were made at other resorts (like adding the pull-out bed to the studios at BCV, BRV and BWV), DVC delayed updating the website until the refurb of all rooms at the resort was completed. As far as I am aware, SSR reached that stage over a month ago.

I was just coming to ask something similar about SSR. The DVC website now says SSR 1 bds accomodate FOUR?!?

That's just what it has always said and hasn't been updated yet.

If you click on Room Details that's where it mentions the 5th.

I thought I saw it, but I’m exhausted stalking last min availability for XMas week and it made me panic. Thx for clearing it up.
