SSR building preference

We have booked a 2BR at SSR for October and having never stayed there I'm looking for recommendations on which building/area to request to have our unit located in?

Depends on what is important to you.
Views of other SSR buildings, DTD or golf courses?
Proximity to the East or West side DTD walking paths, first bus stop or the last bus stop, or the central resort areas?
Do you want to be more in the middle of the action or quiet calm views?
What about SSR interests you most?

I like Congress Park because of its proximity to DTD and the views. I also think the Grandstand Section looks nice. I have requested both of these for my next stay. I have also stayed in Carousel. It was fine, but like the other locations better.

We stayed in Congress Park in August and loved it so much we requested it again for Dec. I wouldn't mind trying the Springs or Grandstand either. Carousel and Paddock are a bit further away from things, but if you like those areas, they're pretty nice!

I've only ever stayed in Congress Park, but the views of DTD are wonderful.

sorry to jump into this thread but how far a walk is it from Congress park to the main area, the main pool etc.
