SSR and elevators??

I'm wondering if someone can tell me about SSR? Is this similar to OKW, where certain building don't have elevators? How do I go about making sure I have access to an elevator at SSR, if this is the case?

SSR has elevators in every building. All of the buildings are over 2 stories, so are required to have elevators.

OKW was built longer ago and many of the buildings are only 2 stories, which did not require elevators according to the ADA. Because most at OKW are only 2 stories, you have pretty much a 50:50 chance of getting first floor even without making any requests. The only exception is Grand Villas at OKW. There is only one that can be entered from the first floor and one in a building with elevators.

We have stayed at SSR about 4 or 5 times, in various areas. It is a very nice resort and hope you have a good time there.

PS - the Artist Palette quick service restaurant there has some nice flatbreads and salads, if you like those.
