SSR and Downtown Disney Dining

Does anyone think that the lack of a full srvice restaurant at SSR will have an impact on queues at the Downtown Disney eateries more specifically Rainforest cafe?

I think that SSR will cause much more demand in DDT. Maybe SSR is one of the reasons why the Wolfgang Puck Restaurants are now available through the WDW dining phone system for PS? I'm sure the DDT merchants are thrilled with those SSR sales.
