SS Email ?

I've seen that some people have sent their SS a Secret Sister email greeting. How do you do this without them seeing your real name in the signature ? IS their a special place where you can set up a SS account ?

go to any free email and set one up...I think my SS used the name DisBoard Sister ...or something like that!!!
