SR - Shopping question

I haven't shopped through SR before, do I have to forward confirmations to them or do they automatically credit?

Most of mine automatically credit (show up as peniding in my account history) within 1-3 days after making the purchase. If they don't show after after a week or so, you may have to open a trouble ticket for them to investigate.

Also, depending on the merchant, the credit might not show up until after the item(s) have shipped.

I have sometimes seen one order reflected as multiple credits because of items being shipped separately.

I've also had to wait for backordered items to credit. I had one almost 3 months after the fact finally ship, and totally surprised to see SR credit the day after I received my shipping email. I had totally forgotten about it so it was nice to see an unexpected bump up in my account
