I bought stuff online through SR and my credit is pending. I'm going to return some stuff (it doesn't fit). Do I lose all of my purchase or just the amount I'm returning in credit?

I'm not really sure. I know on mypoints you would get the points difference between what you kept and what you returned.

Just wondering. Is there anyway you can return it to a brick and mortar store? I've noticed that when I do this with Mypoints I get to keep all the points. Just a thought. I know it works with Nordstrom.

Well I'm not sure on who can and who can't. I just know that it works with Nordies when I order and return stuff because their store and internet shopping are 2 separate systems. Worth a shot.

SR will only deduct what you return. If they tell us a dollar amount that was returned (which it sounds like some brick and mortars may not), we'll figure out only what percentage of the commission that was.

When I have had to return items I have purchased through SR or My Points, I have been able to get a gift card/merchandise credit at the B&M store and that way keep my points.

When I had to exchange something from an online store, I called them and they did the exchange over the phone so I didn't lose any points.

Otherwise, the rewards site deducted only the amount I returned.
