Anyone done the Scholastic offers wtih Sunshine Rewards yet? I was wondering how long they take to credit. I'm wondering if I should try and work towards another $25 gc before next weeks promo.

Also, anyone ever cancelled an offer with Scholastic before? Is it difficult?

Thanks :sunny:

Scholastic is very easy to cancel. You just call the Customer Service number and it's very low pressure.

Glad to hear that. I just signed up for 2 of their offers and they credited unbelievably fast :thumbsup2 WOO HOO! Another gc for me next week

HayGan, can you tell me what offers you signed up for? If not on here, can you pm me? Thanks April

I haven't tried any of these sign ups so I'm really leary. On the scholastic ones, are you guys cancelling before they send out the first shipment? Or do you have to wait until you receive something and then send it back? How does it work?

Thanks so much for any info you guys have for a "sign-up newbie", lol! I'd really like to start doing some to build up my disney dollars!

I was wondering about the same thing with the scholastic offers. I am trying to get in a few more dollars to cash out this week, but I don't want to buy things that I don't need or want just to make it to $25. Thanks for any info!

For the Disney book one, I received 7 books and backpack for free.

They sent Cars as a preview book and if I liked it I could pay $3.99 for shipping. I opted to receive the bonus 2 extra books and they charged $13.27 for the books and shipping. When I called to cancel, he said I could return the 3 "preview" books for a full refund, or I could go ahead and keep them since they were already paid for. He said a lot of people sent back the paid for books and he didn't understand why :)

I opted to keep them all and set them aside to give to my daughter for Christmas, but you can return them for a full refund, and keep the free books and backpack for free from my understanding.

I looked at that, too but I can't seem to get my scholastic offers to go through tonight. Anyway, I think the fine print says if you accept the shipment and pay 3.99 for Cars, you agree to become a member and can't cancel until you have bought 4 shipments. I do see that you can return everything and cancel though.

I read the fine print and was set to send them all back, but the guy I canceled with told me it wasn't necessary, and that I could keep what was paid for. Maybe they figure paying for return shipping isn't worth the money???
