Anybody know how much the "one time handling fee" is?

$26 for the initial shipment, then $34 for two posters each month after that. I can't find anything about cancelling or what to do if you don't like the posters. I think this is one I will pass on unless someone gets brave and finds out that you can refuse the order when it arrives and get a credit back for the $26.
