SR - PayPal Cashout Question

I want to cash out to my paypal account. My current available earnings are $5X.XX. When I click "Request Payment" for this amount, I get a message stating, "You do not have enough credits to this request payment." What gives? What am I doing wrong?

I wonder if maybe some of the offers that you got credit for said "no Paypal cashout". I've seen that before when doing offers. Could that be it?

I've only cashed out with paypal once, I had 20 and some cents.

It only let me cash out for 20 exactly... leaving the cents off. Perhaps the cashout has to be in whole dollars? or even increments of 20?

That's odd. I cashed out with paypal 2 days ago for my exact balance which was 29.97 & it went through fine.

Yep and it probably has PAYPAL (being the problem) written all over it!
