SR Offers not paying please help!

Recently I have done SEVERAL offers (not talking about free trials, just small $.50-$1.25 offers which ask for e-mail address and a survey attached. For the past 3 weeks or so I have not been receiving credit for these completed offers. If I completed an odder through an e-mail message I have received credit, but not when I go directly to the offers page or links. I already e-mailed sunshine rewards about this problems and checked that I was accepting 3rd party cookies and I am. I use firefox, but never had a problem until recently.
Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem, I have just reset my cookies and am hoping that will help. All of my problems started when I got a new firewall program. I don't even get the extra credit from the e-mails when I complete the survey thing at the end.

My understanding is that SR is only REALLY compatible with IE. I used AOL for the first month and had no problem. After that I had problems getting anything to credit. I switched to using IE instead and most of the ones that weren't crediting are now crediting. It could be something to do with you using firefox. Check to see if that helps.

Thanks for the input. I just don't get it, I have ALWAYS used firefox. No problems ever until now?

Same problem here. I did most of the offers in the email that came yesterday and not one credited. I've done about 4 or 5 small offers and nothing has credited since June 22nd.

same problem here i use IE, all of my settings are accurate and I clear cookies, they only things that credit for me are the trials with all the hoopla here lately, i'm ready to give them all up again! the surveys are a real pain in the @ss, waaay to time consuming and lets not mention the thousands of pieces of junk mail daily its just getting too frustrating for me here lately

maybe the offers are tracking by ip address?? Some of them do that and if its a duplicate ip they won't credit you. Sometimes when I have that problem I'll unplug my modem for a while and then it will work.

I went through a couple days where it seemed like nothing credited ... then yesterday I had $4.30 worth credit that I had done quite a while ago, so there doesn't seem to be a lot of reason to it sometimes ....

Are you making sure to click on the link in the confirmation email from the survey?

I read somewhere that a firewall can block some. I don't like turning mine off though, so I just live with what I get!
