I have tried to call and cancel three times today. each time they tell me the call volume is so high that I need to call back between 2:00 - 4:00 EST and hang up. Well it is between 2:00 and 4:00 EST. Guess I will just keep trying.

I just called to cancel. I waited to speak to someone for about 2 min -- not bad at all. She was very nice and no pressure to continue! Easy 7.5 credits
