I ordered over 2 weeks ago and the credit is still pending. Also ordered from Zazzel then to credit still pending?

Thanks!

If you are a regular member the shopping credits are pending for 21 days. Check the terms of reference.
Super members have a shorter pending time.

Thanks I was wondering. I saved the e-mail confirmation just in case.

May I ask where you see your shopping credits are pending on SR?

I've shopped with SR with no mention of anything pending.
In fact, I've had to email twice when over 3 weeks went by with no credit. One too almost a month. I had no idea if I was going to even get credit at all.

I'm currently waiting for another shopping credit to go through with SR. I looked at my entire account and only see the clicking credits. There are no pending amounts written anywhere.

Even super slow crediting My Points let me know in my account within 24 hours of when my points will be credited.

Am I looking in the wrong place for my pending purchases?

You should see pending payments in the account history. You can also see it in the current earnings where there is a section for pending payments. It can take awhile for the sites to get the credit to SR. If you are having a problem with credits in general, you may have a general problem with the cookies on your computer. If you shop through other sites you should clear your cookies before doing anything on SR.

It's funny people assume I don't clear cookies, etc. I've been doing reward sites for quite some time and certainly know to clear cookies, etc.

I stopped shopping with SR when every time I did nothing credited until after I emailed them weeks after I shopped. I've never been credited for most of the smaller priced sign ups. I've never been credited for surveys either. :confused3

I checked my SR account this morning. Once again there is nothing pending on my SR account. Once again I'm going to have to wait until it's been a month and then email them only to wait until it finally credits.

I like how QR and CR work. You shop. You submit an email with the confirmation you shopped. Then you get credited within a few days. It's worked great for me.

I certainly understand that SR wants to be sure members don't try to fraud them and therefore have a 21 day pending rule, but SR should take the time to post on member accounts how much you earned and when the pending date is. That simply has never happened in my case with ANY shopping I've done with them.

QR even emails letting you know it's put into pending, usually a few hours after you shop. QR will again email members letting them know it's credited. Why do they do that? They make money when a member shops using their site. It's good business practice.

I shopped 3 times over the weekend with QR (two for my computer-less sister and once for myself). All 3 were pending within hours of my placing the orders. Two have since credited and one is still pending.

My shopping order with SR was different. I ordered using their link. Nothing shows as pending. I've already received the order. Still nothing even shows as pending. Sigh. It's been like this EVERY time I've ordered with SR be it Disney Store or any other site.

If a company makes money by members using their link to shop then there should be a system set up to let members know the date in which the order will credit. Plain and simple.

Even the super slow to credit My Points does this. The day after ordering you can see in your account the points you've earned and when it will credit. SR should do this, too.

Oh well. I gave SR one last shot. Once again, nothing is pending in my account. I've already received my online shopping order. I'll have to wait out the 30 days and email them again. Sigh.

That's too bad because I love SR. If they'd at least take the time to acknowledge a member shopped through them by putting the credits as pending in the account instead of nothing then I'd probably still shop.

:confused3

I have only purchased something through SR once, on 9/4, and have yet to be credited. Like Disneysnowflake, nothing shows as pending for me either. I purchased something through CR on 9/5 and was credited on 9/6. I e-mailed SR and was told that it could take 3-4 weeks to credit. I put in a "trouble ticket" on 10/1 so will see what happens.

I think I will stick with CR for my shopping from now on, although they have really gone downhill with their paid clicks over the past months and even moreso in the last day or so. Have never made any purchases through QR but am truly amazed at how fast they process cash-outs for Disney Dollars!!

Me too, I have a disneyshopping creditfrom last month(this thread reminds me to email again) not credited and have had to email them in the past...gave up on surveys never got credit after taking LONG surveys. :goodvibes

I just wanted to mention about surveys.

I've been credited the following day for EVERY survey I've completed with CR.
Usually I'll qualify for 2 surveys a week. The other 5 times it quickly tells me I don't qualify. If I complete a survey with CR it automatically credits the next day.
If I complete one with SR that's it. No credit, nothing.
With QR if I complete a survey it's ALWAYS denied, but at least they tell me even though it's not fair.

I'd recommend surveys with CR. If I qualify I always get credit the next day.

In the last 2weeks I have shopped 5 times through SR shopping links 3 Disney Shopping orders and 1 Zazzle order along with a Pet medication order. Every single order was posted as pending within 2 days. Since I posted this thread today I received credit for the orders I asked about and I am sure that the rest within another 2 weeks.

I too seem not to quailfy for most of the daily surveys.

Thanks you for the help. I am sorry that some of you are havonmg trouble.

That's just so odd.
Is it only certain people who are lucky enough to show pending purchases?
I don't get it.
How can some of us shop with SR at the same stores, some get pending notices on their account and get credited, yet others of us hear nothing and have to email a month later?
That just doesn't make sense to me. :confused3

Not sure why. However if you have a copy of your e-mail of order confirmation you can send a copy of that to them and see if they will give you credit, the site says hold onto them until you receive credit as proof of purchase. Also it can take up to 30 days.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Shoebuy.com through SR and haven't seen a pending credit as of yet. It's probably been a month by now. My problem is that I don't have the e-mail confirmation anymore...UGH. Guess that will teach me to not save them. AND...it should be over 7.00 worth of credit!!

We do follow up on everything as soon as it comes in, but the merchants are not very good about getting back with us. The thing I hate most about my job is having to tell people that I cannot give them credit. It sucks because I trust that most of you are making the purchases. But as a single business owner, I just cannot pay out when the companies do not pay me. Some of the merchants are better than others about getting back with us when something does not credit (Gap is great). Others are not so good. Disney has not responded to me since the beginning of July on a single Disney shopping or Disney Movie Club complaint that I have filed.

It's almost like there is something technical going on with some of your computers. I will say that CR, QR, and SR likely use the same survey places. So if you do a survey for CR first in a 24 hour period and get credit through them, the company will not give SR or QR credit for any subsequent surveys that you do. And it has nothing to do with your cookies. They are likely looking at your IP address.

Something else in general on those daily surveys we all have is that if they tell you that you do not qualify for the first survey but that you can take OTHER surveys, they are then routing you to a different site and giving you surveys that they will not credit any of us for.

Thanks for the heads up on this info. I had a hunch since I did a few of the OTHER SURVEYS and didn't see credit for them.

I'm not showing pending credit for a purchase I made at Barnes and Nobles a couple weeks ago either.
Trying to decide which site to Christmas shop through. Wanted to use SR but might go back to CR. I've always gotten paid for shopping there.

Open a trouble ticket on the Barnes & Noble one. I have always gotten my credits from them, but had to ask once. Tricia mentioned to me that B&N is notorious for not telling her who the credit goes to.
