SR Closed My Account!/ Problem Resolved!

On April Fool's Day SR closed my account, and it seems as though they don't even know why! Has anyone else had this happen, and did they resolve the problem?

I had tried to access my SR account right before my post and it was still closed. As soon as Tricia posted, I checked again and my account is now OPEN! Thank you!!

Oh yea! That was you. LOL! Our script ran on April 1 to disable any accounts that we were getting bounced back emails on and disabled a handful of accounts that people want reopened. I've been trying my best to get them all done, but we had to put our doggie to sleep this morning so I'm a little behind.

Yes, that was me. Everything's working just fine now. I don't understand why my e-mails were bouncing back to you as I've never missed a newsletter or coupon notification. They must have bounced around a while and then came back to my box? BTW: I really like the new SR layout.

So sorry to hear about your doggie. That must have been a very hard decision to make. They become like family!
