Has anyone done this offer? Are there any "catches?" How easy is it to cancel?

Now that it is up to $20 it is very interesting--but I've gotten caught a few times lately with those high payout offers.

I have heard alot of bad things about attempting to return or cancel Sheets package for a long time(much before when this offer appeared on SR). If you google Carelton Sheets Fraud or Carelton Sheets Scam, there are plenty of websites which talk about how is guarantee money back scam works and the high pressure sale tactics, combined with the added charges for items you do not order.

If you want the service order it, if you are doing it just to get the credit, I would have to advise to pass. Anyway, the whole "get rich selling Real Estate with no money" market has been so soaked, that I expect to see my next door neighbor on TV soon telling me how I can become a millionare selling Real Estate. Most of the information is public knowledge anyway.
