Is anyone else still waiting for credit or word on their 00injets order?
 
Yep, I am still waiting on that as well as eAuction Success and Shoppingjobs
 
Still waiting here too. How long ago did you order? I ordered on 1/21 and opend a trouble ticket on 2/6. The trouble ticket still shows pending.

OMG since the begining of February! I would definitely be sending Tricia a note. My tickets have been open for a week now. The 00Inkjets one shows as pending but the others are still in the open.
 

How do you check if something is "Pending"? Thanks

Go to Account History and then click on the Trouble Tickets link. It will show you the status of your tickets.

When I go to account history, there is a link there which says that the trouble ticket is open. Yet, right under the link, it says:"You Don't Have Any 'Open' Trouble Tickets" Does that mean it is closed? If it is open, then shouldn't it be under pending???:confused3

I still have a few under the open section. My trouble ticket for the 00InkJets offer is under pending. Tricia had contacted me about it when I first filed it but I haven't heard anything back since then.

Maybe if Tricia visits this thread she can provide a little more insight to the open/pending status.
 
Actually, I have never filed a trouble ticket, so I am not sure what it looks like! LOL! What I see on my end is much different than what you see on your end.

One glitch in our program that is probably making some of you think that I am ignoring you is that once something is moved to "pending" I do not see any of your responses. So you could be out there asking me a million questions about why you have not gotten your credit and I would not know it. Now, if it is either "open" or "closed" then I immediately see your responses. It's a coding issue that we are trying to fix.
