Squirts, Shirts, & Flirts...The Legend Continues (TR started 6-23)

Great choices! Bummer about PTC but there is always next time. I agree with you on the food at Sci-Fi though it's fine for lunch.

I LOVED Kona. Not so much on the atmosphere side, though it's fine, but the food was amazing!

your meals look great! you guys will love 1900 dinner - parker will get to flirt with cindy and her stepsisters! that dinner was so much fun when we did it. also, kona is one of our favorites. i liked it better than ohana. :thumbsup2 i thought ohana was just too chaotic and the meat i had that day was overcooked and dry.

by the way, i'm sure you know this but just in case. whispering canyon is only all-you-can-eat if you order the canyon skillet. they also have individual entrees you can order. i just didn't want you guys to be disappointed that it wasn't all all-you-can-eat!

i wonder if he can make the stepsisters break out of character a little bit.

i knew that, me and my dad will prob get the skillet which is endless, and i know candi will prob order off the menu

also cant pass up the bottomless shakes there.

:yay:

There are bottomless shakes at Whispering Canyon? I did not know that...now that's some good info.!
when we were there last they were, the flavors for that day were chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and orange.

you could switch flavors during the meal as well.

That sounds great...and cool you can switch flavors. The only problem is that shakes fill me up fast, and I want to get the most outta that skillet. I'm sure they know that and are counting on it...."here have another shake, and why not another dinner roll?"

its all about training my friend, skip the bread, take down 1 shake while you are waiting for meal, 1 more shake during meal.

and a third when meal is done. i have faith in you, watch man vs food on the travel channel to get inspired.

it will pump youup to eat eat eat.

i might have to record a few to DVD so i can watch them in disney or on the way down. to stretch my stomach.

:rotfl:

We loved WCC! We ate there for the first time in June. It was our "funnest" meal of the trip. We had the skillets and didn't even put a dent in it.

:rotfl2: Yes, I've seen that show several times....good comparison. I could maybe do one shake before and one during, but I don't think I'd ever be able to do one after.

All your picks look great. I love how serious you all look in the picture. ADR's are serious business!

Dan, I like your "strategy" to get what you want with your parents, nothing like a little manipulation to set things right for a family vacation. :rotfl:
I like all your choices, it sounds like you will have a great time, I'm thinking the needed down time seperate for you and Candi will be a must. I know it's not polite to down the in-laws, but when your not use to the way they do things it can wear on you a bit, if you want mama happy, it's better to get her on her own for a bit. :) I'm sure she will thank you for it later. :lovestruc

You guys are :rotfl2:

good to know on the shakes. I don't have WCC on my way too long list...UGH! I could add it but I have to admit, for an August trip, that kind of food just sounds so heavy to me in that heat! It's perfect to get to from the Fort though, if we were there I'd be all over it.

I can't even fathom a bottomless shake. I got one at Sci-Fi and couldn't even do the ONE!

Add that to a never-ending protein fest called "skillet"- then a whirl on the tea cups. OMG! Forget it, Charlie.

challange accepted, me and my dad will take it down with a little help from parker

they arent that big really, i would say maybe six inches tall, like the size of one of those small canning jars.

actually i think they come in those small canning jars.

keep the wife happy ::yes::

sometimes you have to let them think they are in control even when you are running the show.
:thumbsup2

:rotfl2: Not even the Man vs. Food guy could handle the teacups after all of that! I mean, it's Man vs. Food, not the laws of nature!

I'd personally love to see an episode dedicated to Man vs. Food and Disney Someone who, for example does this stupid stunt (WCC then teacups) or even more outrageous- 'Ohana then M:S -- or how 'bout this: The Ditch then Primeval Whirl??

Now that I'd pay to see.
