the bus ride will help, i think we will take the monorail over to MK, then catch a bus to POR, that sounds the best to me, and the fastest.

then we will take the boat to DTD and hang out htere afterwards.

sorry for no new update today work sent us home today with pay because we are suppose to get a good amount of snow the rest of the day...they might even not have us come in tomorrow

i thought snow days stopped when you got out of school

ohh well off to spend the rest of the day with candi and parker.

Snow days are the greatest!! Stay warm, drink lots of hot coco and be sure to enjoy the day off. If you like silly kid movies, Snow Day is a fun one, Chevy Chase is even in it.

Maybe I should go out and take a peek at it. Not sure what I'd do if I decided it needed to be cleared. Probably more dangerous doing that than just hoping that everything remains okay.

i guess it all depends on how heavy it is, your house looks pretty strong though so you should be okay

I went out and looked and it looks like there's only a few inches on the roof. I don't know where the rest went -- either melted (one advantage to not-real-great insulation!), or blew away. I think I'm okay there.

My boss had no heat this morning and discovered it was due to snow on and around the outside unit of his HVAC system. So I went out and cleared mine. I had a couple of feet of snow on top of it, and some around it.

Chapter 10-1. The wedding continues!

Still stitting in the 3 month window before our trip so i thought i would add the next set of wedding update to keep this ball rolling.

The day was kinda dreary out, it rained on and off, but every time we needed to be outside it was nice, going to the church it was fine, leaving was good, and getting to hte hall was good as well.

Here is candi coming in from the limo with her dad behind her.

this is the same church that my dad and mom got married in and all the relatives on my side of the family.

and me and my dad, i forget exactly what he said but it was a good moment,

and walking back to walk candis mom down the isle i started to cry, and it took a while for me to compose myself.

she had kleenexes handy for me and they even told candi she had to wait in her room that i was crying in the lobby.

and the best site i saw in my life is this.

here is a funny story during the ceremony.

notice the hankerchief that candi is holding?

this is when we just started, she is laughing about something or crying i forget but i handed it to her.

well a little after that, i got hot, i hate wearing tons of clothes and a suit is alot of clothes, well my upper lip started to sweat.

so i dab it, and put it back in my pocket, well i started getting a little hotter and keep using it to wipe off the sweat, (i did not give it back to candi to use after that.)

well later on during the ceremony after we lite the unity candle, one of candis bridesmaids has a really pretty voice so she was singing a song. It is a very good song for the occation, and candis sister started to cry.

she says hey hand me hte handkerchief, i do without thinking, and she gives it to her.

then i realize it is full of my sweat well she whipes her eyes anyway...this is me leaning over to tell candi and laughing about it.

and the big kiss at the end.

after we left the church, we went to KFC for the drive through and got snacker sandwiches...they were so good

we love those things

thats good you dont have alot on there.

bummer about the bosses heat.

Great pictures Dan. I got a little choked-up during our wedding too....my voice cracked during the vows. Leading up to the wedding Judy was worried that she'd cry, I think that contributed to me getting choked up, and then when it was her turn she was like a rock. Go figure.

thanks, it is very pretty inside it.

we love those sandwhichs and it was the only fast food stop on the way to the toll road that we passed in the limo to get to our hall.

nope we did not tell her and dont think we will, well maybe one day we will.

i think at her wedding we might add it into the speech.

woman always are rocks when you think they will turn on the water works.

Dan I think your a man after my own heart, KFC after your vows. Now if that isn't a good omen I don't know what is. Did you all know they will be removing the extra crispy chicken from the menu soon? Not that I eat it all that often, but it is my favorite.

same here dont eat it that often but said to see it go, extra crispy is by far better

he didnt, it is too hard to keep his gloves on right now, he hates wearing them but does not like to feel the cold cold snow, so we kept him inside for the day.


but he has played in this year.
