we are enjoying it, so far the work days are going by quickly till i see them again.

Your writing beautifully portrayed the arrival of Noelle. So wonderful! Congratulations from our family to yours! I'm glad to read that Candi's grandfather is home and will meet Noelle soon!

I love the photo of Parker walking right beside the stroller; and the one of you and Noelle smiling at each other; and, they are all good!

I have to tell you; my son is now 15 and my daughter is 13 and he still wishes she would go back! He has told me more than once that he wished he was an only child.

they get to meet her for the first time this weekend, we are excited.

that is funny, i can picture the rivalry when they get older.

You are about to find out that the 1 to 1 ratio of parent to child is not an even match; it has shifted all the advantage to the kids! Before my second one was born, a friend of mine told me that it would be more than double the 'trouble' once the second child arrived. After two or three, there wasn't much difference. I guess she'd know. She has four kids.

zone defense is alot easier to manage than man to man, kids definetly have an advantage over us.

Oh this brings back so many wonderful touching moments, Dan! Thanks for sharing your amazing piece of joy with us!! Congratulations again!

Candi is all business when it comes to birthing babies. No messing around there. I thought I went quick with 3 hours from check in to birth but WOW Candi wasted no time.

Wow, I go to Alaska and you have a baby while I was one! Talk about out of the loop. I thought we were FB friends but I guess not as I didn't see the posting in my 2 minute check in from Juneau. Wierd.

Well, look who joined the DIS family while I was gone! I did check in on FB, but I just wanted to say here where we all began that Noelle is beautiful! She looks alot like Parker, but she has her own look,too!

I love the smile picture - so precious! I think it is so silly to say that babies can't smile - why not? It is the most natural thing in the world. You can tell when it is real - you see it in their eyes, and their whole body kind of scrunches up. My son did it at 1 week for my mom, and then for me!

Looks like Parker is doing great in his Big Brother role!

thanks, her and parkers baby pics look very much alike...which they look like mine when i was that age as well.

Chapter 53. Some Forgotten Pics and an underwater tour

I just found the other CD of my dads pics from the last two days and wanted to share a few.

First is while walking around the side of the castle we came across ms. snow white, i have not seen her much in the parks so we jumped in the short line to get our pics with her.

Parker had a good time chatting with her.

and a group shot.

he wanted to give her a kiss.

and when they were done, she started to get him ready for her big kiss to him.

looks like he enjoys getting kisses from pretty princesses.

and remember later in the day when parker was knocked out on candi, well, here is what he looked like after we transfered him to his stroller so we could hit a few rides while he napped with granpa.

my SIL, has some connectoins on the islands, one of her good friends works on a snorkle boat....so she said she had a good deal for us.

we are thinking like half price or something.

the trip normally costs 80 bucks, and includes two dive stops, breakfast when you get on the boat, and a BBQ lunch after your second stop, plus free booze.

we find out it will only cost us the friends discount price...which turned out to us only paying 20 bucks a person.

sweet, lets do it.

here is our boat we were to board.

it comes right up on shore and you load via the stairs.

we head back out to waters when everyone loads and we head along the coast to our first spot. we have a mandatory safety drill, and then are free to eat breakfast and check out the sites.

i saw a bunch of big turtles in the water on our way up, just floating along.

i was excited to see what i would see while diving, and tried to get a few pics while passing these guys, he or she is in hte middle of the pic, the dark spot in the water.


the boat doesnt seem that big from the outside, but it was good size

during our safety drill.

some coast shots on the way.

our hotel on the way up...candi is by the cabanas watching us, we called her and told her were passing.

our first stop had a nice cliff diving area, but most in our group didnt venture over, we just swan around the rocks and checked out the wild life.

some underwater views from the first dive spot...a large eel, he was cool he would come and go out of his hiding hole in the coral.

we ventured out around the rocks, and our dive captians told us to watch where the underwater video guy was as he normall is around hte seat turtles...so we did and we saw him swimming after a turtle and we tried to keep u pwith him, but this little guy was fast.

and hes outta here.

the fist here were really cool, i was swimming along at one point and looked to my left and right and less than an arm length away, was some long skinny rainbow type fish, they were eveywhere around me and were not afraid of people at all,it was very cool.

but we had another spot to hit, so we packed up and headed on.



next chapter i continue ourdive stories, where we get another unexpected suprise, and i am left to the depths with the wildlife....plus more last full day events.
