Squirrels can be very smart puzzle solvers. A long time ago I watched a show about a man who would set up a big obstacle course for squirrels to find nuts and he'd change it constantly, and they kept figuring it out.

Today she saw us through the slider on the deck off the backyard. Now she is coming up there to get her nuts. Clever girl!

So now we have a pet squirrel who lives outside.
