Spybot question

I just got done running spybot for the first time(been running adaware)

It came up with a bunch of DSO Exploit items.
Should I let Spybot fix these?
These appear to be IE items.

Your machine may have different reults, but I let it fix them on my machine and I have seen no Ill effects.
