Spruce Family 12/31 NYE

This is the day were were looking most forward to as we'd done NYE at MK and EPCOT before and we know how fun it is. We chose MGM this time.
We arrived at MGM about 8:30 and got fast passes for RNR and NYE pins.. Then went to see Beauty and the Beast. This is the 1st time we have seen this show and it is quite good. Afterwards the girls went shopping and my son and I waited for 10:20 so we could get TOT fastpasses.
When the girls rejoined us we went on RNR. My MIL liked it and even bought the picture. This was her 1st roller coaster in years.
We then went to lunch. My wife checked us in at Prime Time but they didn't have our PS. I went over to SCIFI and they did have our PS so I radioed my wife that she was in the wrong resturant. She was already seated and the guy was balling her out because she was on the phone at the lunch table. When she explained she was in the wrong resturant, he acted like, What don't you want to eat here with us....go ahead and go then.....it was funny.
They caught up with me at scifi and we all had burgers. It was a good lunch.
After lunch we went to TOT. The new drop sequence is a lot of fun, I recomend this ride.
I then went back to the room and they went to millionaire. When we joined back up, it was time for dinner at prime time. We have never eaten here but it was good and we'll eat at prime time again.
When dinner had ended we walked out into a rain storm. We decieded to get ponchos and take the boat bact to BWV. We saw the top of the fireworks from our balcony at BWV and watched Dick Clark on tv. It was a bummer but still was a nice NYE

Sorry the evening didn't turn out as planned but a fun day for all - I had to giggle about your mixup with your lunch plans - sounds like something I would do - thanks for posting!
