Agree a ball is a great idea - especially if you've already got an autograph book with most of the characters in

One thing about the ball - it was a spur of the moment decision. If we had planned ahead of time, we would have brought a permanent marker with us. We looked everywhere trying to buy a marker, but we couldn't find one.

Because we used a regular pen, my dd had to be very careful not to smudge it When we came home she traced over all the autographs with a black permanent marker.
