Sprint Service in the Parks

Just wondering if anyone uses Sprint cell service in the parks and how it is lately. The last time I was there my phone would be searching for a signal all day long and was lucky if I made it to 2 in the afternoon without the battery dying. I've bought a Mophie battery case, and have an iPhone 5. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony

Ghastly. I have the HTC droid, my husband's blackberry worked better. DHS had the best signal, AK the worst. Had pretty good luck recharging with the juicebar, and for some reason after Jan 4 it worked a little better.

That's what I'm afraid of. Sure you can change your FP+ but you can't get a signal to do it. Did you have any luck with WIFI in the parks?

WiFi was pretty good. The two times I changed FP+ once was in the room on the laptop, the other was on the fly at a kiosk. Both took about 1 minute.

I've never had any troubles with Sprint. The worst was when I had my HTC, though. Hated that phone.

We never had a problem. Both have iphones- mine's a 4S, his is a 5C. No battery problems with all the usage of changing/checking FP crud. WiFi seemed to work pretty well in parks and at AoA. Only place I have a problem, which I always have, is at the Seas at Epcot.

We were there last week. Sprint service, 2 Galaxy 3's and 1 MotoX. All 3 phones had good reception. We were there over New Year's and noticed that with the crazy crowds, the service was noticably slower. We signed on to wifi though, and all was good. We did have days where we needed to use our Anker portable chargers in the afternoon (picked them up on Amazon), but that was more because between MDE, texting, taking photos and goofing around, we were all on our phones for a decent amount of the day.

I had great reception at all the parks (except AK because we didn't make it there ), driving around property, and in the boardwalk area on sprint using an iphone. The one time service cut out was in the seas and land buildings in Epcot. I just switched over to wifi in there.

Glad for all the input, never thought about it being an HTC problem. Used the wifi, maybe need to look into a different phone, but just upgraded.

I've always had horrible sprint service in the parks. Have to walk out to the middle of pathways away from any buildings and I might be able to get enough signal to make a call. If WiFi works well in the parks that will help with FP's as well as flight check in at 24 hours for Southwest.

Sprint seems to be upgrading a lot of their towers and service. I had really poor service in my home area while Sprint was upgrading. It is a lot better now. It may be that Sprint has upgraded their service around Disney.

Disney is AT & T now so we never had any problems We have AT&T and Iphones and all worked well in September We were part of the test for Fastpass+ and it was rather easy to change fp and dinner plans etc i the parks
:goodvibes

AT&T and Disney Parks today announced an agreement that makes AT&T the official wireless provider Disney Parks. The most magical agreement on Earth. -
