I feel dumb! We are Sprint Sense long distance customers. Our long distance is only $25 - $30 / month.
Each month I see on the bill the amount for "Cash back this month" -- usually around $5 or so. I always just assumed they substracted it from the total due. Well, this month I start to wonder why the "Current cach back balance" keeps growing and it's up to $120.50. I do the math on the bill & can't figure where they are subtracting the "monthly cash back".
So, I call Sprint. THEY DON'T SUBTRACT IT. IT SITS THERE UNTIL YOU CALL UP & ASK FOR THE MONEY.
So I now have $120.50 being sent to us.
GO CHECK YOUR BILLS!
