I have heard if you signed up for the free cupcake through their website that you can get your free cupcake using the ATM machine. Has anyone done this and how does that work?

Thanks. I signed up already and got the email saying I have a free cupcake on my account, but I was more wondering how people are using the ATM to redeem their free cupcake since there
is not a live person there. Some people have been reported getting it that way and I was wondering how that was possible.

Well I signed up and it says my free offer expires 6/22/16 and we won't be there until middle of July.

Yeah I think it expires 30 days from the time you sign up. It might be worth waiting and signing up again with another email address within the 30 day window of your trip and just disregard the one you already signed up for.

I went ahead and read the fine print! LOL! You just need to tell the cashier either your account number or the phone number that you registered with. They access the account and redeem the cupcake from there. We'll give it a try on Friday after our Earl of Sandwich lunch!

We were there last night. Just give them the phone number you registered with and they will give you your free cupcake. They were fabulous!

I don't know if it's good at the atm
I heard someone in line say they couldn't use it at the atm but I didn't talk to her about it. The atm line was as busy as the store last night!

Just got back Monday. The code doesn't work at the ATM. I tired and paid for my cupcake. I went inside after waiting in line for 15 minutes to inquire about the code at the ATM and she said you don't earn points nor redeem codes at the ATM. I had to use my code inside, so I got another cupcake. All they need is the phone number you registered with. They were tasty!

I don't see this lasting too long. I have got a code for a free one, and I am going to make my husband an account for himself one for our trip in a couple of weeks.

If all you have to do is make up an email address and a phone number to get a cupcake, they won't be able to afford to keep it going.

My wife signed up, and we went by there last Friday. She got two free cupcakes....one for signing up, and one for her birthday.

They were good....but not great.

That is what I am afraid of, the store being super duper busy. I think our family will still make a trip over there, though!

I have two free cupcakes on my account too. My birthday was a couple of days ago. Luckily, the birthday cupcake expires the day after we arrive in Florida. I hope to get to DS the day we arrive.

I disagree about the quality. Maybe it was the flavor you chose. Our were fabulous! The lines are long, but moved very quickly
