Springfield, Missouri

We will be stopping for one night in Springfield on our way to Chicago during the holidays. Does anyone have a hotel recommendation for me? We would like to stay close to I44 but will go on into town if we need to.

There's a Drury Inn off of 44 but I don't remember the exit. You could probably look up their website. They have a nice breakfast and indoor/outdoor pools for kids.

My DH and I have stayed at the Hampton Inn on N. Glenstone just off Hwy 44 several times for business. It is close to several restaurants, has a pretty good breakfast, and nice bedding. Before tax I think it is around $100 a night.
