Spring Treat Email Pin

I'm tickled to have received the email (I signed up for the planning dvd 3 weeks ago) and I'm wondering 1) Is it a good deal? 2) It says based on 2 adults, one junior and one child...what if only one adult can go? Does this affect the price? I hope someone can help me figure this out.

I got the same e-mail and my dh can't go either. It would have to be just me and the 2 kids. I wonder if the same rate would apply for 3 or maybe dropped?

The e-mail I got was for $1500 and included park tickets and 6 days value lodging. It also had a bonus $150 Disney dollars with it.

I thnk that Disney probably knows that one size does not fit all. Not every family has 2 adults and many do not have one junior. I would give CRO a call to see what kind of pricing they can offer you with the PIN code. You might also want to see exactly what kind of park tickets are included (base tickets? Premium? expiry or non-expiry?).

It says you can purchase a 6 day or longer Magic Your Way Package at a value resort, so it is base tickets. I would love to call, but have had no voice for 4 days and I'm sure they would think I was a prank caller. Two of my kids could go with me, but no go for dh on short notice. That is why I wondered if they would allow one adult. I guess I'll have to wait until I can talk so I can ask them, unless some DISer would know the answer.

Hold on a minute. 6 nights at a value with 7 day base tickets for 2 adults, 1 jr and 1 child starting at $1500.............sounds exactly like all the adds I've been seeing in the Sunday paper, with the planning video, on tv,etc for the new packages. This is not a special deal except for the 150 disney dollars. I'd check this deal out more before getting too excited about it.

Callie- the $150 is the incentive.
I got the email too- I called and got the details. The minimum you can purchase to get the $150 is a basic 6 night package for 2 adults at a value resort. You can upgrade your tickets and resort (based on availability). If you have a large family and you get 2 rooms- you get $300.
Yes- they used the $1500 package that we keep seeing in the ads- in the promotion- but after calling CRO I learned that it is much more flexible then it seems from the email. I was told I could use my pin at any value, at POLY or at CBR. It was not available at CR for the dates I gave. We didn't check any other resorts.

I called and didn't find this a great deal. For myself and my two DS's it was $1500 and something for Pop and park hopping tickets. Keep in mind that this rate is for only 3 people and 1 is at a child rate!! The room rate came out to $112 and change per night.

These pin codes are just a way to sell their advertised public deal.

I received the email yesterday, and I called CRO, first off, they told me that there was no pin attached to my file ???? I received the email, with a pin, which I repeated to the CM several times - still he told me he couldn't find it. Second he told me that there wasn't even any availability for most of april, and then he told me that I couldn't even be flexible as to maybe upgrade to a mod or deluxe - I don't know whether he wasn't familiar w/this email that went out, or had completley wrong info. Anyway, I don't think we'll be going as we just went three months ago, but, if they are going to send out an incentive to people, they should really make it alot easier for us to come back- don't you think???
