Spring Room-Only Codes online!

Hey, I just saw this this am and didn't find it on the boards, so thought it must be new.

WDW site has room only offer up for all resort levels.

I just tried calling. They said that the whole system is down for at least the next hour, and they cannot book any reservations now.

Bummer. I saw that the code (RYD) is valid for most dates at the end of April, and most of May, except for the weekends.

It said values for $68. And at least 30% off all resorts.

Here's hoping for a great rate!!

I just checked the online site and it worked fine for me. It didn't the first time, but I tried again and it came right up. The weekends DO HAVE DISCOUNTS. I cut and pasted. I tried for Pop, but only Sports was available. See below:

All rooms have two double-size beds or one king-size bed, table and chairs, vanity area with sink and a bathroom. All rooms are non-smoking. Amenities include in-room wall safe, voice mail, data port, iron and ironing board. A mini-fridge, hairdryer and Pack 'n Play play yard are available upon request. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available. These rooms offer views of the parking lot, courtyard or pool.

Yeah, that's the one I saw. If I remember correctly, only Values and Mods were blacked out for the weekends. Which really doesn't help me since if I book it will be for two Values, still a good deal though.

But they are not blocked out! See my post above and go to the website. You'll have better luck than calling.

I don't know why they don't go ahead and list these things with the other discounted rates.

ETA: when I was on the site earlier the special offer was up, but the reservation system was down.

I just tried again and now it's really down. I did notice on the ad that there are DISCOUNTS during EASTER week (totally unheard of). Only at the delux and DVC resorts, however. Of course, folks should still check all levels because their advertisement is never correct. Good luck...but folks should check online even if the CM tells you differently. Just recently, us passholders could get discounts for the weekends booking online (I did), but folks calling CRO was told no for the weekends.

OK, it's back up. There are INDEED room only discounts for Easter week at the moderates. See below for CSR. AND the week days and weekends are the same price (note Friday night). This is a super great price for peak season - Easter week. Hope someone can take advantage of it.

I am so excited! I have trying to convince hubby to let me plan a trip and this may be the straw that broke the camel's back! I called and still down but deluxe and DVC do include weekends. Is it a room only thing? Can you still buy the dining plan? I have never booked room only.

well..I tried to add the code to my one night ressie for May 17 at POFQ and she said there was nothing available...grrr.
so I had to switch that night to POR..no biggie but a bit of a pain to move resorts on our last night at wdw...

saved 74.25..so worth the move

Does the discount get taken off at the end of booking? It shows the rate as the standard nightly rate...does it take the extra 35% off after you enter the code?
