Spring Roll Cart in Adventure Land - Hours?

Does anyone have a clue on how to figure out the hours for the Spring Roll Snack Cart in Adventureland? It doesn't exist as a stand-alone restaurant/eatery on MDE or the Disney World website and the information I get from Googling shows somewhat consistent opening times (10:30am or 11:00am, depending on the site) and NO CLOSING TIMES!!! I just want to know when the last chance I have each day is to get Cheeseburger Spring Rolls.

It's usually around 4 or 5 when it closes.
